That fits. Clicking the streaming channel initiates a connection over a web link. This connection is essentially the initiation of a download. It just happens to be a download that lasts a long time in a continuous stream. On any download, Windows sends the initial request to the streaming site, and it sends back an initial response. And so in this case, Windows is barking that it doesn't understand the response it got from the remote streaming site. Something in the response message was not what the library module in Windows was expecting, but the error it perceives does not match any of the usual errors on download initiation so it barks out this error code. Note this does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the link. It means that at that time, with the current software configuration of Windows, it cannot interpret what it receives. What it sounds like is that either the media type of the stream is incorrect or unsupported, or the stream is using protocol options Windows doesn't support, or Windows simply has a bug on this particular type of stream as it is configured at the moment. Try getting someone else to verify the link works with a similar Windows system. It could just be you have an older/newer DLL file that just doesn't work with this stream.
