Why are many parents so busy in preparing their children and youth for Physiological needs? yet seldom or no effort to build and meet the highest need which is spirituality?

If parents are neglecting their own spiritual health, then they'll neglect their children's...if they have any concept of spiritual things whatsoever, they will see to their child's spiritual growth as well. The problem isn't a parenting problem, it's a spiritual problem.

By this we see that parents who doesn't put effort on their children's spirituality has themselves spiritual problems!

No, I don't believe so. We can spend our lives on the spiritual side of our kid's lives but that doesn't teach them how to handle money, how to cook, sew and clean. It doesn't teach them the importance of education and preparing them to be on their own someday.
It was always top priority for us to nurture our kid's spiritual life and I am blessed that at 20 and 23, they both have a strong and healthy walk with the Lord. However, they are both self-sufficient, hard working and disciplined in their responsibilities. Credit goes to the example set by family and friends and constant prayer.

In our church our Sunday school and messages includes Financial Management, Practical Home Education, Entrepreneur, Leadership and Management, Fiscal and Development Planning, Career Guidance and Development, and Many; Yet, all of these are designed to build Spirituality. Giving more Emphases on giving glory to God in all that we do and putting God first in all situation. We find it very interesting and somehow by God's grace working. I'm glad with what is happening to my family and credit goes to our church through our teachers and Pastor.
That would be awesome to supplement what is working in your family to with ours.
I'm thankful hearing from you.
