Happy Birthday, Chelsea! Voting lines here were not bad at all. Hubby took Hunter to Parent's Morning Out before leaving for the airport so I was able to get to the polls by 8:30 and I was out of there by 9:00 a.m. Just Hunter and I the next three days and I don't know what I am going to do with all my time at night that is. I am going to miss hubby so much and can't wait for him to return on Thursday. But, that does give me plenty of time to clean, declutter, and organize so the house is in tip top shape when he arrives home.

ORIGINAL: TwinCityGirl Does anyone have a comfortable kitchen rug that helps with your back by cushioning your feet? I am contemplating buying a Gel Pro rug for our kitchen so DH's back doesn't hurt for two days after he makes soup in there for hours on end, but thought I would check with you ladies first. The Gel Pro ones are $100 each, but with a Bed, Bath & Beyond coupon I can get it for $80....that's still a lot for a rug but not too much if I consider I would easily pay $80 for him not to have back pain after being in the kitchen for hours. Just thought I would ask. Jeanie I didn't even know there was such a thing! Sounds great. How big is it? I move around in the kitchen a lot, not just standing in one place. From fridge, to pantry, to counter, to stove, to sink, etc. We really need something to strap to our feet instead of a stationary rug, LOL

Cute new avatar Jeanie! Let me know if you get one of those mats. My back always aches after standing while making dinner.

Chelle, hopefully you can get a lot done while your hubby is away! The more you do the faster the time should go by and the sooner he will be back home! Where is he going anyways?

Here is the link to the mats' manufacturer site: L I N K I haven't found it online anywhere for cheaper than $99 (which is what B, B and Beyond charges), but if you use a 20% coupon you'll get it for $80. We saw it in the store a few months ago and DH said "We should get one!" but I was hesitant...I mean, it felt great to try it out, but $80 for a MAT? But now??? Now I'll happily pay $80 for that mat. We both have back troubles and it would be well worth it in our house....if they work. If I buy one and break it in, I'll let you ladies know.

ORIGINAL: Mrs.Wifey I would still think a spray acrylic sealer might work better. Okay, I'll look for that, Ryanne. That will affix it to the canvas, too, or just seal it? (I don't know anything about that product, I'm sorry for all the questions.)

(I don't know anything about that product, I'm sorry for all the questions.) It will only seal it... should be available in the same aisle as the fixatives. It won't make things wrinkly though, which is my big worry. Pictures, I need pictures!
